1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All digital products are delivered instantly via a download link or email once the payment is confirmed.
Because of the instant access nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the download link has been sent.
Please review the product description, sample pages, and details carefully before purchasing.
If you face a technical issue (such as an incorrect file or a non-working download link), contact us at info@shailudigital.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will reissue your file at no additional cost.
2. Manual / Printed Books
We ensure that every printed book is securely packed and shipped to your address after successful order confirmation. However, if you face an issue with your order, please review the policy below.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You received a wrong or incomplete order.
How to Request a Return
Email us at info@shailudigital.com with your Order ID, issue details, and clear images of the product.
Once your request is verified, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7ā10 business days.
COD refunds (Cash on Delivery orders) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchange Policy
If your order is damaged or misprinted, we will send a replacement copy free of cost once verified.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Digital downloads are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Physical items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for replacement or refund.
