Thank you for shopping with Shailu Digital Store. We offer both digital download products and manual printed books, and our cancellation terms differ depending on the product type. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
All digital products are delivered instantly via email or download link after successful payment.
Because of the instant access nature of digital content, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed or the download link has been sent.
Please ensure you review product descriptions, sample pages, and details carefully before making a purchase.
If you encounter any technical issue such as a broken or incorrect file, contact us within 48 hours at info@shailudigital.com, and we’ll reissue your file at no additional cost.
2. Manual / Printed Books
Orders for printed books can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@shailudigital.com with your Order ID.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Important Notes
Cancellation requests made after shipping or digital delivery will not be eligible for refund.
Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) cannot be canceled once processed for shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, or payment issues. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
